Banana Bread
Banana Bread is a type of bread that is made with mashed fully ripe bananas. It is often a moist, sweet, cake-like quick bread; however, there are some banana bread recipes that are traditional-style yeast breads.
It´s usually served in warm slices and smeared with butter.
A "Dulce de leche" frosting (or caramel frosting) is also a perfect match for this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (180º C).
- Grease a loaf pan (you can line the bottom with parchment paper).
- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (you can use Thermomix or Kitchen Aid), cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one by one and whisk to combine.
- Add the mashed bananas and vanilla and mix to combine.
- Add the flour, cinnamon, milk, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix together until just combined. Do not overmix!
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf and bake for 40 to 50 minutes (it depends on your oven). You can test it by inserting a toothpick in the center but remember it has to be a little moist (but only a little!)
